Food was as expected everytime!! Hot, fresh, cooked to order and seasoned just right!! The East Memphis Roll was fresh and crispy drizzled just right with sauce. House was phenomenal!! Scrumptious!! The cook must’ve have gotten a raise or W-2 cos babyyyy my food was just right!!!

Then food was great and service was prompt I’d give it an all five star rating. I know there is a location on hickory hill and Winchester that has a lady that is fairly abrasive to outright rude when we would do call in orders. It didn’t affect the food at all, and it could be just the difference in cultures, context over the phone, or whatever the case I could be wrong, they may have been swamped and very busy idk. All in all it’s a good place great prices good food

this place gets pretty busy. The food is exceptional quality, but you will have to wait a little bit. there is phenomenal decorations and it’s a good place to have a party. They do a lot of DoorDash so the place can be a lot busier than it looks when you walk in the best time to go is either early right when they open or late in the evening.

Anna our server greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed! We came in right before closing and were seated and had within 10 minutes of ordering! We had some sushi rolls and shrimp fried rice and chicken and shrimp teriyaki.

I love that my food is always fresh coming from all of the locations but this one (Park Ave) always over cook my steak. I mean to the point I can’t chew it. Everything and I mean everything else here is delicious and amazing except for the steak. I can’t say whether or not I’ll return but right now I’d rather find another restaurant that will cook my steak to my liking because driving to the Kirby location is going out of my way. I do encourage everyone to try this location, this is just my recurring experience and I eat here frequently.

There was a disruption with the terminal at the register and the servers were so nice! They apologized a lot and gave another dish as a sorry for their mistake. I wasn’t originally very offended, as this happens a lot, but it touched me to see how much they tried to fix their mistake. Love this place! Always have adored the food!
