Visiting from out of state and came across the street for a latte! The baristas were so fun and sweet with great energy. I ordered the Ube Matcha latte and was not disappointed!! Will definitely be back next time I’m in the Colorado Springs area☕️

I didn’t realize it when I bought it, but the scones I bought was frozen solid. I didn’t expect it to be made in- house, but i did expect to be able to eat it while I was having coffee with my friend. Sneer offered to warm it up, but it would’ve tasted even worse after a round in the microwave.
The coffee was pretty good. Nothing to get really excited about. I’m not sure about the Hawaiian theme. There’s nothing from Hawaii in the store, certainly not the coffee. It’s just a franchise. If their store had some roots there, they definitely left after they decided to mass market the name. Nope it’s just hoaky.
The stage was friendly. They were happy to serve me as soon as they were done chatting. I didn’t have to stand at the counter looking at them for too long.
If you’re in the area and want to grab a quick coffee, this is a good option. It’s also a good choice is you want to sit down with a friend. But if you want something authentic or really good, you’re gonna need to keep p looking.

I’ve been here twice now, the first time my coffee was good, this time it was great. I was greeted immediately, & there was no one ahead of me. I glanced at their whole bean selection & was bummed they didn’t have 100% Kona that was a Dark Roast. There were people having coffee & chatting at their tables.
Both visits I ordered a Large Three Waves, add 1 espresso kick & Breve. The flavor of this latte is outstanding. A perfect blend of caramel, macadamia & coconut. This is my FAVORITE coffee & my coffee was ready very quickly!

Decent coffee house for grab and go. Coffee was good, the seating and atmosphere are just ok. There’s some wet benches outside, and too much AC for my taste inside. Seems tailored more towards the takeout crowd as they only had disposable cups even for coffee in.

Great service and coffee. Guests need to be respectful and realize they aren’t that important. No one wants to hear your phone call or Zoom meeting. Get your coffee and sit in your car.

The best tasting, smoothest coffee around. Service is always quick and friendly. No drive-thru, BUT I use the app and it’s always ready on the to-go counter so I can pop in and out in seconds. Oh, BEST part is the ice cubes are made of coffee!! Just gets better as they melt into the drink.

Placed two online orders. The first one the ice was completely melted or was never even added and I arrived 3 minutes after it was scheduled. Ice doesn’t melt that fast… The second order I ordered a chai and when I went to pick it up they told me they were out of chai and a refund would go back on my card. I was never offered a receipt of said refund and I don’t know why it even let me order it in the first place if they are out. Good management keeps up with what is in stock and will adjust online availability accordingly. Very disappointed but not really surprised. Will be going to Drip Coffee up the road from this location as its locally owned and has much better food and drinks.
Update: I don’t know who is in charge of their customer service department however they need a fat raise. 5 minutes after my review I was contacted for a free chai in the future and a credit. I maybe have been a little over dramatic but sometimes a sweet treat seems like life or death in the moment.

Stopped off here for a macadamia nut latte and a breakfast burrito. Great coffee and really enjoyed the burrito too! Highly recommend.
