My latte was ok, a little milky for me. The chocolate croissant was very dry and doesn’t seem very fresh. But the staff is great! I am impressed by the dedicated and incredible work of the baristas!!! This was my first time at Starbucks, so thanks for that experience!

I love Starbucks, and go very regularly to many different locations. I’ve never had a problem with a Starbucks until I started going here. I’m only leaving this review because they’ve messed up over 10 of my drinks this past month – if there was another one closer to my work I would go there. They consistently don’t put the flavors in the cold brew, and 9/10 times forget the cold foam. I started ordering extra flavoring in the hopes the drinks would turn out normal, but no. They still skipped all flavoring whatsoever. When they have given me cold foam the amount is laughable – maybe a tiny splash on the top. I will say they didn’t have this problem at the beginning of the year, and it seems like one specific girl who messes them up; but it’s often enough that I think I’m switching to Dunkin’ for when I need coffee on my breaks.

Update: Against my better judgement, I went back to this store. I got a venti iced brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso with light ice. The cup was missing a good amount of the drink and when I asked why, the barista said because I got light ice. I always get light ice when I order an iced drink and never in my life have I experienced this. She refused to fill the rest of the cup up. Pictures included. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

Parking is difficult but coffee is awesome. Ordering ahead is really key here unless you plan to hang out for a bit. My favorite SB location so far.
