Took 4 minutes for me to be greeted and there were no other customers ahead of me .

Not one to write bad reviews but this is an exception. I went in to get a drink and quickly complete a part of my job on my device. Ordered a drink that is outrageously sweeter than all the other Starbucks I’ve ever ordered same drink. The sweetness got me thirsty and then I asked for a cup of water and the weirdo in dyed bucket hat flatly refused me a drink and dashed off. I ended up buying me a bottle of water and I won’t ever be coming back! This is not the Starbucks treatment I have experienced for 20yrs+. Like seriously you have to look at faces to give water? Even for a paying customer? It’s a real shame!!

I ordered one Grande Americano via drive through on friday, Aug 25th around 3:30pm. There were only 4 cars ahead of me. Waited over 15 minutes and finally got to the window. For payment, I was asked to scan my card and press a button. I could see nothing on the screen, and really couldnt figure out what the buttons were. Also with my short hands it’s an effort to reach out and press the buttons! Apparently they are the tip buttons with various percentages. I had a splitting headache and all I wanted was to pick my coffee and leave. I randomly pressed a button and that didnt go through! I was again presented with pressing the tip button! I asked the lady to read out the buttons, and my frustration must have showed and the lady at the window finally relented and said “she would do the “skip tip” button for me and let the payment go through. I didnt even know before there was a skip button before! Finally I was out of there. Worst part- the coffee was undrinkable. It was barely warm. Probably made it immediately after I ordered and it sat around till I picked it up after the longest drive through wait ever! Dumped the whole cup. I blew 20 minutes of my time and $4, and got frustration and a headache in return.

This has to be the busiest Starbucks in Delaware. To avoid the long wait, I order through the app every morning. Today I walked in didn’t see my mobile order ready so I stood around waiting. 10 minutes later an employee says they haven’t received any mobile orders and to go to the register to re-order. There was an audible groan from everyone waiting. Would have been nice to know that when I first walked in and stood by the mobile orders. I told the lady I had been waiting for 10 minutes and was now late to work, she asked me what I got so I told her. I’ll be the first to admit my order is not the easiest to make. Instead of her making the drink she passes it to someone else without telling him anything except it was a quad shot with creamer. I felt bad for the guy he was so stressed out so I left it at that. Mind you I pay extra money for syrups, sweetener, etc. and I got none of that. To the owner: You NEED to hire more people to work the morning shift. To anyone that comes here I highly suggest ordering through the app and getting it in the drive through. The employees that work the drive thru are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Anytime I walk in, the employees are always unpleasant, miserable, and slow.

I’d give them five stars if they could actually fill up my cup to the top without me telling them to. I love the staff here, and only have beef with the cups not being filled all the way.

The staff is always very nice at this location. We order a lot for our team and sometimes the orders are large, but they are always pleasant so I’ll travel to this location to pick up versus going to the spot around the corner.

Not friendly to door dashers. Everyone seems so busy completing their previous task that no one makes eye contact and acknowledges your presence. I waited 5 minutes without any asking why I was standing by the counter and during the time some other door dasher walked up, and finally an employee greeted HIM first and put his order together, still without acknowledging me. Great quality product, low quality service

Drove all the way there, employees drew a makeshift sign saying they were closed at 6:15 on Saturday night. Google says open until 9:00. Lame. Amateur. Poor management. Two thumbs down

Lanaya and the crew working alongside her were VERY knowledgeable in how to prepare a particular brew of tea that my bestie was yearning for today while under the weather. She was polite and helpful beyond measure and I will definitely be back soon!
