Consistently the worst Starbucks. If it wasn’t the only nearby drive through we would actively avoid it. The staff is rude EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Over the 4 years we’ve been forced to go there they have messed up our orders 90% of the time. When we have to go back to fix it they give it back with the same mistake. It’s like they have no training. They’re also incredibly slow. It should never take 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. Especially when they have 10 people behind the counter standing around doing nothing. It is insane that the owner or manager does nothing to improve. They’re lucky that they’re still in business.

This Starbucks is awful. It has chronic issues. Mobile ordering is one. It’s inconsistent and the inventory on the app is frequently not up to date. Navigating the parking lot is a nightmare.

The traffic flow for the drive thru is a mess and it blocks the parking lot. Our breakfast sandwiches were not thoroughly heated and were cold in spots, but it would have been such a hassle to go back. The drinks were good, though.

Online order and it was wrong!! I mentioned the discrepancy in my order and she just gave a blank stare. They overfilled my drink and acted as though I couldn’t get any napkins even though the drink of clearly leaking as she handed it to me. Dripped all over my car and white shirt. Worst Starbucks experience!!
