Staffs could have been bit friendlier. I waited in the order lane inside store and couple of staffs walks around, worked for at least a min without notifying us that we will be attended. I was little confused whether we will be served or only drive through. Ordered 2 extra hot cappuccino , one was perfect and other was regular hot (?).

I like the quality that Starbucks brings even though they are overpriced. This Starbucks on 7431 Westbranch Hwy is the absolute worst. I have been there a few times and have now decided I will not go there again. They even mess up the standard simple lemonades—> from toooooo much ice to not mixing the ingredients well. I bought a mango dragonfruit lemonade that looked literally like water the last time and tasted horrible !!

Stopped by Saturday at 7:10pm. No one came to the window. The person in front of me got helped right away. Gave up waiting after 5 minutes and left. Horrible.

After ordering bistro had to show my label to other employees and most rolled their eyes ! That being said I did ask for a GR Mocha Frapp in a Vente cup. ( didn’t happen) when asking what was so funny about my order ; her reply ….. you ordered 2 Affogato Shots over the wipe cream and someone took the time to type it in at cash register and that’s what affogato means ! Now see photos below and you will see the Bistro did not pour anything over the wipe cream … instead she opened a little hole in the wipe and then dumped in my shots ….. drink was not what I wanted or how I ordered it ! Starbucks is getting old and I have stopped my frequency of visits and will continue to do so with this kind of service when paying premium dollars for coffee !!!

In hoping someone at the Lewisburg Starbucks location sees this, this location is the best for miles. The people there are so very nice. There’s a guy named Jeremy that works there and he sounds like he loves his job! He’s very nice and makes the absolute best drinks! Even if we are coming from Bloomsburg, we will go the extra couple miles just to get our coffee from this location!

HANDS DOWN WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I ALWAYS ask for NO FOAM she complained entire time she kept saying it’s not possible! So does the 6 I had day before were all miracles? They didn’t have foam! The main thing is she kept complaining! Then I wanted a refund and instead of letting the one at register do it she made her way over said she would but she was still complaining!!! I left! No refund! I then called back to get her name and the person who answered said he could not give it so then I asked his name and he said he could not give it! HE gave me an attitude saying he does not understand the problem because she could have remade it! I told him it was her COMPLAINING THE ENTIRE TIME THAT WAS WRONG!! Oh and Attitude!
