I stopped by the Plymouth Road Sweetwaters a short time ago. My experience was top shelf. Kevin took my order and was amazing. Not only did I get great service Kevin has a manerism which is perfect for someone working the front counter. There was a short line in front of me so I observed him “invite” customers to step on up when they were ready to order. When I stepped up the eyes in the back of his head let him know I was there and without turning around he let me know “I’ll be right with you” and he was. If I were not retired I would hire him away as you do not find employees with thest types of skills.

Really open and spacious coffee shop with a nice menu variety and plenty of happy faces! I wish I lived in the area—if I did I KNOW that Sweetwaters would become my daily coffee stop.
The coffee drinks were good. Service slightly slow but they were busy so that’s okay. Parking is tight. The shop hosts occasional other events and there is something for everyone! Lots of comfy indoor seating and there is a good-sized outdoor seating patio too!

Every time I visit, I leave happy. I have never had a bad experience. The drinks are always made to perfection, and the employees are so friendly and welcoming. Marley is so sweet and makes the best iced lattes!!! Highly recommend

Visited Sweetwaters near North Campus with a friend to pass time. Ordered an iced Thai tea and hot milk tea. Disappointed as the milk tea tasted bland, lacking the expected flavor. Left more than half undrunk. Can’t speak for the coffee, but won’t be trying the milk tea again. On a positive note, the holiday decorations created a joyful atmosphere with a beautifully decorated interior.

I really enjoy coming into this store. I usually come in at night to study and the vibes are always awesome. Amia and Zaden always make my day, they are always recommending a new cool drink to me, and they’re awesome! I tried the mango matcha and it’s now become my go to! I was always hesitant with matcha, but they introduced me to this drink.. best drink if you’re not a matcha fan but want to be !

Great coffee and pastries. Special thanks to the staff. Daughter left a special stuffed giraffe in the store. We stopped by to get it the next day, and they had rescued it. The staff happily gave it back even tho they had to say goodbye. Thank you! It made my daughter very happy.

I love the Affogato…. they make it so well. Unfortunately it’s now switched from glass/ ceramic to plastic, which ain’t great for taste. I also wish there were choices to the icecream flavor than plain vanilla…. 🙂

Look out for the zodiac themed branded glasses around Lunar New Year. Collected a few in red, the Snake and rabbit were gold and white not as great as the red ones, but that’s a 12 year purchase list if you’re into it.

Visited for the first time on a Wednesday morning and it was moderately busy, most of the clientele was 50+ but still a decent amount of students studying. I decided to try their new fall menu item “Monster Matcha”. I love matcha but wanted something a little stronger, so it was a good choice. Moderately sweet, but still strong enough to taste the vanilla, matcha and espresso shot included. The customer service was strong and my drink came out quickly. Not much parking available nearby, so keep that in mind. Overall everything was good, but I imagine it gets busier when the school year starts.

Having never been to a Sweetwater’s before I wasnt sure what to expect. The Great Pumpkin Latte I had was really good, but the White Chocolate Mocha my friend had was one of the best I have ever had. I also tried the blueberry crumble which was excellent as well. The staff was friendly and inviting. Music was just loud enough in the background to be relaxing but not enough to make you have to shout to talk to someone next to you. The store was clean, saw staff quickly clean up after patrons left. The prices are in line with what you would expect for a coffee shop but the flavor was on another level. I would definitely recommend stopping in for a coffee, tea or both. Wish we had a Sweetwater’s down in central Florida!!
