Usually super friendly staff and good service. Lately when I’ve been ordering my drink with sweet cream they change it to vanilla sweet cream, which then changes the flavor of my drink and its no longer good. To me, vanilla is not a good flavor. Please make the drinks as the customer orders them, if you have to make a variation let the customer know. This is poor communication and shows you dont care what the customer wants.

I’ve had an excellent experience here. I’m an OTR driver from out of town and had some wait time this morning. I came in at 5:10 and again at 9:30 and the ladies here we’re welcoming and friendly. I heard a friendly ” good morning” from the barista as I walked in and I gladly said “good morning”. It sets the whole tone for me. The nice lady at the register remembered me from my 5:10 visit and she was kind and helpful both times. Thank you, ladies, for a nice experience. Have a nice day!!

I mean… It’s a Starbucks. The coffee is usually a little burnt, like all Starbucks. The mochas are gritty, like all Starbucks. But the staff are friendly and simply amazing at keeping up with the high volume that comes through at times!
