Service at this Starbucks is always very good and the line is usually on the shorter side. However what prompted me to leave this review was an incredible act of kindness. I had to put my dog down and was taking her out for one last fun day beforehand and stopped to get her a pup cup. I told the barista it was her last day so could we have a bigger pup cup. They gave me a big pup cup and gifted me my coffee. I started crying at the window. Thank you so much for your act of kindness. Emmie was thrilled with her treat.

Everyone is so great! When they had a fire alarm go off a while back, they were so kind. I was sent to another Starbucks, but that Starbucks didn’t want to make the order. Came back here and they helped me out. Everyone was so nice.

This location is always running behind on orders. I don’t fault the staff that is trying hard, but the online ordering system is very inaccurate when providing an estimated pickup time and they seem understaffed. In person orders take a long time to fulfill also. Today was worse than normal and I ended up late for an appointment, but I had already redeemed a free drink.

“We are out of everything” is the theme at this Starbucks this morning. Even so there is a polite and courteous way to convey that information and there is a “wrong way”. They definitely chose the wrong way. Once we got to our 3rd options the beverage was fine but getting to that point was an adventure. Do better.

I ordered a latte from there yesterday, did the order ahead option which I am learning is great for the on the go mama !!! I ordered a toasted vanilla oat milk shaken espresso light on the ice. When I went in to pick it up- I noticed there was more ice than I wanted. The barista was so friendly, saw my concern and willingly made me another drink. She was helpful and the other staff were as well despite how busy they were !! Highly recommend this location on friendliness alone !! Also, their eagerness to please customers !!!
