Shout out to Webster’s Hard Rd location. This Starbucks has always been my personal favorite because they are always friendly and helpful. “Sam and Cheese” and Andrew have, by far, the best customer service skills / personalities in the industry. Thank you again for the recipes, all the laughs, and acts of kindness. Truly, this location and the aforementioned Crew Members are a cut above the rest and deserve all of the recognition they can receive!

This is my favorite Starbucks location. I rush in almost every morning and always feel welcome and treated with respect. They are always on time with my mobile orders and even when they are slammed packed and super busy. They still are able to keep things smooth and a non stressful environment. I honestly do not know why it takes 30 minutes to make a single cup of coffee that is already half filled in the cup. Why when I live right around the corner by the time on my home is a hot coffee already cold? Whenever I have to make an order at the specific location they’re always out, never would I prefer anyone to go to this location.

HANDS DOWN MY FAVORITE STARBUCKS! They make my drink PERFECT every time. As soon as you walk in they greet you and if your mobile order is not on the counter they ask you what you are waiting on. I love the customer service in store and the drive thru. I have not had one bad experience here and it’s conveniently located near 104. Please do not get rid of any of these amazing employees!

Every single time I order a drink at this location, they mess it up. I am allergic to dairy so I always order the same drink…. Tall decaf oat milk brown sugar hot latte. Yesterday I had to have the drink remade because when i checked to confirm it was oat milk they said it was not, even though i ordered oat milk. They remade the drink with oat milk but used the same cup! I have a dairy allergy so I can’t have any of it in the cup. So I didn’t drink it. I was in the drive up line for a while as they had to remake the drink with a line behind me so I just left… but those drinks are not cheap and I had to just throw it out. Then I asked for a tall but got a grande . Often when I get this drink there , it tastes nothing like what it normally tastes like. I get this same drink at Barnes and nobles down the road and it ALWAYS tastes better (sweeter) and they always get the drink right. So frustrating . Not going back to this location anytime soon. .

Waited in the drive through this AM for 30 minutes! There were only about 4 cars in front of me and took 10-15 just to get to the order area, finally made it to the window and sat there for another 10 min or so. I watched other orders pile up at the window for I assume people behind me. About half way through the girl said she would check on my drink and that it was just in the blender (it’s been 10-15 min since I actually ordered at this point). I just sat there watching 4-5 people standing inside doing nothing when a different person came to the window and asked what I even got and finally gave me my drink. Good thing I wasnt in a hurry because once you are in that drive through you are stuck in it.

I really don’t leave reviews very often (or at all) but I wanted to say that this location is poorly managed and had gone downhill the last 6 months or so. I wish I could give it zero stars. Amanda was SO rude and just absolutely atrocious to the other staff members, not pleased and won’t be returning.
