Staff is always above and beyond. They greet each and every customer and makes each greeting personable. The drinks are the highest quality Starbucks drinks I’ve ever had. They get slammed before and after school but work hard and fast to try and make every customer happy. I would recommend this location to all my friends.

The drink itself tasted good but I was disappointed when I grabbed my drink and received very little strawberry cold foam; I paid extra to add it, requested extra on it, and very little made it on the drink. I did not have extra time to discuss this with the staff since I was on my way to work . Drink itself tasted great, staff was friendly. Just disappointed I spent extra to get very little.

This team is amazing. I got to the window and the young lady asked what I had because she believed it was rung up wrong. Which happens we are only human. She handled it very well and rushed on making the correct coffee. While she was doing that the young gentleman cashed me out and asked how I was doing and how my day is going. Just nice small chat. He was a gem also. Before I knew it my coffee was in my hand and I was out. Thank you to the two that made sure I got to correct coffee and was so sweet in the process. Very rare now.

Two employees trying to get out early so they started the cleaning cycle of the only coffee machine that’s brewing coffee and here at 25 minutes to closing time you can’t get a brewed cup of coffee. I’ve had other bad experiences at this Starbucks, but never wanted to give a bad review to anyone until now.

Went from being a coffee shop to being a specialty coffee place only. Takes 10 mins to brew a cup of coffee and 5 or less to make a macchiato. Its kinda sad really. If you want a cup of plain coffee…don’t come here.

They are the busiest I have ever seen in my life. The woman with the lower hair cut short, and a small top pony was on service bar and absolutely killing it. They were beyond slammed, and people were interrupting her ask for their drinks. I’ve been a bartender for a long time and she was going at warp speed, and somehow keeping her cool while dealing with their rude interruptions. She deserves a raise. Maybe stop letting people order one thousand drinks a minute in the app, CORPORATE. I saw how far behind they were, while busting their butts… don’t do that to them. She was the best barista I have ever witnessed in 20 years of drinking coffee. I left and finished my errands and came back to get my drink because I understand how being slammed beyond control is. Other people might not understand that and leave a bad review. They were going above and beyond and again… BEAST MODE GIRL WAS KILLING IT.
