i had great service here! everytime i have came here everyone has been super friendly and helpful. the schenectady starbucks made my drink completely wrong and refused to fix it for me after i asked kindly for them to correct it. i went to this starbucks to tell them about my situation, they were extremely nice to me and Brandon fixed my drink without asking further questions. thank you!

Looks can be deceiving. The store looks like a postage stamp from the outside, but inside it roomy and bright. Stopper by at about 1:00pm, the staff was friendly and efficient.

Been to many Starbucks all over. This one is always very welcoming and professional. The service here is top star and I always enjoy their artist signs. The manager Ursela, Barista Emily and staff is always cheerful when i come in.

I always love Starbucks and customer service at this location is always incredible, however, the barista I had this evening was impeccable. She made me and my friend feel so valued as a customer, had an incredibly friendly personality, and introduced us to different drinks that we would have not otherwise tried. I have never received the amount of excellence in customer service anywhere as I did this evening with Briana. Kudos Starbucks for hiring such great people.
