9/14/22 @ 1:20PM I visited this Starbucks to finish up some school work. I am beyond pleased w/ the friendliness of the staff. I had questions regarding the new apply crisp macchiato and the barista pleasantly answered all my questions as well as the manager followed up w/ me on her way out to ask me how the drink was. I trully appreciate the hospitality of this store.

Drinks are consistently made wrong. All I ever seem to get are $7 paper cups of foam (when I ask for light or no foam) and the drinks never taste the same either. They also often make the drink cold when it should have been hot. Always out of the food we want too. The other location on Broadhollow is 10x better, I guess they have a functional manager over there. Seems like no one is trained properly at this one

I went to the Starbucks nearest to my job like I do most mornings same one every day i waited on line which wasn’t too bad it was moving fast I’ve noticed now twice that the lady at the window never says hi or your welcome and I think she was on the phone cuz she was talkin about babysitting or idk anyway what really bothered me is that this is the second time I order a drink here and theres like a quarter of my drink missing and I don’t even think i got exactly what I ordered because I order the same thing every morning toasted vanilla oat milk shaken espresso it’s always good when I get it. I never have bad service there before but today there was the same person from last time no hello no nothing jus me being friendly to someone that is not I guess. if I wanted a small I would’ve ordered a small no need to fill my cup half way!!!

Absolutely horrible service. The two girls working today made fun of how i called a frappuccino a “frap” asking rhetorical questions like “frap or frappacino” and “is this starbucks or mcdonalds? I forgot.” It might as well be mcdonalds because all you have working here is bratty kids making garbage minimum wage. Only way those two can afford to drink starbucks daily is by getting a job there and making it for themselves on the clock. Couldnt be me
