I have never had an issue here other than today. The cashier misheard my order so my drink was incorrect rather than apologizing or making a new one, I had to order and pay for a whole new drink. $14 for one coffee… Won’t be coming back to this location although it is the closest to my house.

Ordered a coffee today and waited over 20 minutes for it. When I approached the counter to ask what was taking so long. They explained to me that the coffee pickup area is different from the mobile pick up area and that I was sitting in the wrong area. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that does it this way. The coffee pick up station is on the opposite end of the bar as mobile pick up. They were rude to me when explaining this. Doesn’t make sense that there are two separate areas to pick up coffee. I could not hear the person calling out my name because it’s on the other side. Horrible service! Learn how to speak to customers!
