Slowest Starbucks coffee shop I know. Prime location Starbucks right on the Main Street around right in-front of the train station, it should be buzzing fast. I waited 15 minutes for a cup of coffee, even though there were three young men working there . There was a long line because they were too slow.

This Starbucks is the best I’ve been to in my life. They are so generous and kind hearted. They always make my drink perfect. I am a nurse in NYC and I leave for work earlier than Starbucks opens and everyday I work they always have my drink prepared for me before I go to work. Previously during my visits I noticed long lines and not many employees, sometimes I would miss my train; But “Today” I had such a Great visit!!! They made my caramel brulee latte on time and it was amazing!!!!!! It is now one of my favorite drinks!!! Even though it is still pretty busy the staff worked great together and moved fast. No more missed trains for me!!! ☺️

Since the last manager Jordan retired, this place has been declining in appearance, order, cleanliness and quality of service. The staff is pubescent and confused, displaying mostly attitude and indifference at the register. Very sad. Thank god that Four 5 is opening down the block. We will finally have another coffee shop in town to choose from. I don’t expect Starbucks to change their attitude but I do wish Jordan was still there. 2 stars only because the milk was not rotten.

Staffs need more training, keep making incorrect orders and show zero apologies. Most recent experience- My order was put in @ 11:50 scheduled to pick up at 12:04. It was not ready at 12:08, when I asked the lady told me that the order just came in at 12:04, she obviously didn’t see that when the order should be ready. Then the other lady said she already made it and questioned me, then what happened was she made the wrong order. Staffing can say whatever they want without thinking.

I had to pick up an UberEats order here. It was 5 p.m. on a Wednesday, not a holiday. Dude inside saw me and ignored me as I knocked. I had to cancel the order, so I wasted gas and an order. could have at least put a sign up saying was going on. Or he could have just came and told me himself. Unprofessional

Drinks came out fine but this place is too tiny. Not much room to grab your drink when it’s ready. Especially since people seem to love hoarding around that area.
