This place is a well oiled machine! The staff is so friendly and hardworking. I always get my order quickly, if it’s not already waiting for me from my mobile order ahead. There isn’t much seating at this location, but with two kids in tow that’s not what I’m looking for. If you need a quick, consistent coffee with a nice staff this Starbucks is great!

Starbucks used to be known for their laid back atmosphere and good coffee. This one had neither. Stay away, drive elsewhere in NY and get a good coffee at a normal coffee shop. I asked for a cappuccino not hot, which is very easy to accomplish just use cold milk and don’t steam it long. They screwed that up after asking how to do it. I also wanted to get some work done while I drank my coffee but the music was so loud I could barely hear myself think let alone work and the baristas probably couldn’t hear me place my order which could be why it was wrong.

The staff wasn’t very friendly and the manager (a tall man) seemed pretty harsh with the employees. I also asked for LIGHT ice, it was written on the cup, but my cup was nearly full of ice (see photo)

I walked in today to get a little treat to satisfy my sweet tooth. I ordered a small pastrey and after waiting for some time, I was told they no longer had any petite lemon scones left. The entire staff was so apologetic and accommodating. I walked away with extra treats and a big smile on my face!

As I said to them, this was hands down the best service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks (if anywhere!) in the 10+ years I’ve been a customer. Starbucks is the best and always will be the best. Even their food is underrated, I love the tomato and mozzarella panini. In addition, I love the double chocolate chip frappe, it is amazing. Starbucks is great.

This was my 1st time at this Starbucks and it was surely busy. In my opinion, there wasn’t enough staff making drinks to hold of the crowd. Also, the place was dirty, especially where the workers were. I asked for a drink that gets 5 pumps of chocolate to only have 2 and substituted with one pump of another flavor and I was up charged for it. This has become a common practice at Starbucks and I believe they’re ripping people off. I think the manager had to step in and make my drink because the line got too long. I was told this is a busy Starbucks but at the same time, there needs to be a big effort to get people their drinks. The staff was very cordial. This store seems to small to accommodate the amount of business it gets, in other words, the capacity to make drinks is not sufficient for the workers

This store has serious management issue. Looks like always short on stuff for busy location. On top of extremely long delayed services, it is unclear how they handle their sanitizing practices. I haven’t see any sanitizing while I wait my order in this store. Rye or “any other Starbucks location” will serve you better

Good friends with everyone in the shop. Everyone is nice and has an amazing attitude/Work Ethic. They have never (ever) gotten my order wrong, even after ordering multiple things on the menu throughout time. Also, the shop is always perfectly dressed and comfy. I Highly Recommend this shop to everyone in the area.
