It’s it about this particular location or the employee’s so much as it is Starbucks itself. The people are friendly and they always have everything ready in time. Can’t complain about that. But really? Where is the chicken on that sandwich! I could literally get a better sandwich from a gas station.

Had a bad experience this morning, lady staff was really rude, I guess they don’t like to make decaf hot coffee, for healthy reasons this is the only coffee I can drink. She let it sat there for a long time and it was cold.. they just make you wait for so long hoping that you’ll never ask again for a decaf coffee..

I get that the store is having staffing issues, however it was obnoxious that the staff was laughing at customers who walked up to the door only to once again find a sign stating that they were closed early. One of the individuals working in the store even got aggressive (gesturing and shouting,) towards a frustrated customer. Watching all of this from the parking lot, to me it seemed like a disproportionate reaction to a customer being annoyed at the store closing six hours early, unexpectedly.
