I have NEVER in my life had to wait 20 minutes for ANY Starbucks to prepare ANY drink. That ended today, 8/29/2023 at circa 11:10am. And this includes much higher volume locations in NJ. The ONLY positive experience was the young lady in the green blouse that rung up my order. The 2 people making the drinks were moving slower than I care to say. And their lack of speed did not contribute to accuracy, as they forgot things on multiple orders including mine. Take it from me do NOT come here unless you’re prepared to wait a very long time for a screwed up expensive beverage.

I had a problem with an order, and the girl with blue hair and two nose piercings helped me, I forgot her name but she was very sweet and understanding. This Starbucks by far has one of the best drinks in the area. I went here multiple times and only once or twice it wasn’t made properly but every other time the drink tasted absolutely amazing!! so far the service has been amazing.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a starbucks. The wait was 40 minutes for a drink I mobile ordered, the app said a 10 minute wait. I asked for a refund and they said I would have to call the customer service line in order to receive a refund. The wait time for customer service was 35 minutes. I could not get a real person on the phone to help. I ended up waiting the 40 minutes for my drink, warning other people on line that they should not even bother ordering as the staff was not helpful in letting anyone know how long the wait was until after you placed the order. I think everyone would prefer to know the wait time is 40 minutes BEFORE they placed their order, not after. Staff was not helpful and the manager was very rude when asking for a refund / update on the wait time. Will never return to this starbucks.

This store and staff needs the attention of the Corporate office. I’ve gone through the drive thru and used Doordash and of 30 orders (verified purchases) they’ve gotten 15 wrong. I’ve tried calling and asking for a manager about 5 missing items, and the girl who answered giggled under her breath and snapped “hold on.” The “manager” gentleman who spoke with me immediately starting getting defensive and started the conversation with, “oh yea, I know why you’re calling.” Zero resolution and the same problem repeated today.

Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. They were out of Chai Tea when we finally got to order. Not sure why the line was so very slow, but it wasn’t that long. My drink was smudged with chocolate on the cup and we didn’t get a heat sleeve.

Absolutely poor service and employees really don’t care. I ordered via Mobile app I arrived 15 mins expecting the order to be there. If I didn’t asked for my drink and cookie I would have never gotten it. No eye contact or acknowledgment from the staff

Horrible experience would not recommend to consumers who spend their hard earned money. Staff was very unprofessional and unfriendly made me wait for my order even though it was prepared and the staff member lied and said she was still preparing my order, even though it was already bag and sitting there and waiting and I was also delivering for a customer who ordered through Starbucks so please advise your staff on customer service.

I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes then decided to come inside. I waited forty minutes for my drink inside with no apologies. Workers were on their phones and talking while I’m waiting. I understand being understaffed but why are people getting drinks before me who ordered after me!
