I really feel bad at here because of “Dani” who works here. Ordered 2 drinks and I only got one so Dani was whom I spoke to . She “DIDN’T BELIEVED” my words because my first coffee says ‘item is only one’ and that’s what she said. I had to show her the “PROOF” from my Starbucks app that I actually ordered 2 and very impolitely, she told me to wait couple of minutes. So I wait, wait watching for like 30 MINUTES so decided to talk to other worker, but Dani suddenly pops up from somewhere and said “I KNOW” and she gave me my 2nd coffee at then. Hope she doesn’t serve here anymore as she really irritates customers.

Ordered two cake pops. $6.29 please. Put my card on the scanner and was surprised to see it charge $8.29 because guess what, Starbucks added $2 gratuity without my consent or physical input. It’s one thing to prompt for a tip (which is annoying as it is), but to automatically include it is a terrible point of sale practice and another reason to never come to Starbucks.
