Ordered an iced coffee with soy as I do regularly. Yesterday and today there was separation. I asked the girl if she could check the expiration on the soy milk. She told me it was the “natural sediment of the soy” and she could remake it but that it “might look the same”. There are two conditions under which soy milk would separate into tofu, one of which is that it has spoiled and is susceptible to bad bacteria growth since it is a perishable or that the coffee acidity is suddenly higher and that has caused the soy milk to “curdle”. I’m guessing the former since I just got sick in my office bathroom. And even if it was safe, no one wants to pay $7.50 for chunky coffee.

I used to go here all the time but this place and Starbucks in general seems like it has gone downhill. I gave this location another try the other day and had the same awful experience. The staff if just rude and slow. Starbucks used to be the coffee people but I don’t even think the people that work here even drink it. I am a long term stock holder and think I am going to sell it. I have been going to Dunkin for there milky overly sweet coffee even thought I don’t care for it. At least they say hello and are happy to serve you. Too bad Starbuck’s killed all the local coffee shops.

I’m not sure what time the reviewers are going to this place that have complaints, probably during rush hour, so they should expect lines and business, but I’ve never had a problem. I do go on off hours, and sometimes wait and sometimes don’t. If you are waiting, it’s because of that person in front of you that orders 3 diffterent drinks with triple shots, extra whip, etc. The more special requests, the longer it will take. Not the baristas fault. Staff have always been friendly and as quick as can be while still maintaing the accuracy of the orders. I don’t get food there, just coffee, so I cannot comment on that other than it’s a coffee shop, not a full cafe, so of course, selections are limited. .

Medically I am required to drink decaf coffee and this Starbucks location won’t brew it. Unfortunately, this isn’t the only location that adheres to this practice. However, as one of the largest coffee shops in the world it would be nice to have a decaf coffee from time to time at the Starbucks near my home. From now on, it’s all Dunkin for me!

I don’t know what has happened to this place, but they are almost never open after 2 pm. They don’t post their hours so it’s just guess or check if they are around. The service is slow and the employees lack sanitary protocols. Many people touch your order without reason and I’ve witnessed the employees sniffing drinks. I’d prefer to go into the Boro and get coffee at a local business instead of going here.

Great service! Has never been out of stock of any item as long as I’ve been going here! (~2 years). Baristas are great and always helps out when something is wrong with my order or if I have questions about an event or promotion.
