the staff are mostly wonderful, and the drinks are good—except for one issue. the floor where the employees were working and making drinks was fully covered with a milky liquid with black specs in it. this is disgusting and there is absolutely no reason the workers should be making drinks in these conditions, and especially not working in these conditions. as a customer and as a person with basic empathy and care for workers, this place needs to be shut down and thoroughly inspected and cleaned up by a HAZMAT team. until that happens, i STRONGLY advice anyone in the mall to AVOID this starbucks

I practically order everyday here, for the past 2 years. Seeing that it’s the closest one to my job. And this was once my favorite location. Being a regular they knew my orders, that I was allergic to dairy, and ALWAYS went above and beyond. However recently I haven’t been treated with the respect and kindness I used to. Two employees stick out in my mind the most and it has gotten to the point that if I see them working I just simply won’t order. I would love to talk to the manager, specifically the district manager, since I no longer know who the store manager is anymore since the mall reopened.

This Starbucks location definitely needs to open earlier. A large portion of people have to be on their way or at work by 8am, forcing all of their customers to choose a competitor. Otherwise, Starbucks has the best coffee, this location is no different. Rich brew, higher quality ingredients and more options makes any other coffee shop pale in comparison. The guy regurgitating about political correctness, you have no palette for good coffee sir. Don’t assume my great coffee taste has anything to do with politics.

There would have been -0- stars if possible. Who the heck designed that parking lot? Traffic attempting to get to the AT&T store are stuck while the line for your drive thru just doesn’t move! Only one way in and the same way out? Genius! Can’t rate your coffee because I waited so long to get past the line to AT&T then couldn’t get into the line for coffee without driving out the lot, heading down the street to pull a u-turn to get back in the Starbuck’s line. Yeah. Didn’t hspoen.

Worst Starbucks ever. I have not had one drink here that was made right. Just ordered a “latte” NOT an “ICED latte” and wasted a reward on it. He remade it hot but in a grande instead of a venti. Should not have gone against my better judgement and thought that it could be good this time. Fooled me twice, shame on me, never again.

Love the fact I can get a mocha frappe here when I am doing some shopping. Recently on 4-1-19 my fiancé refilled my gift card & after my Easter photos I went to get a drink which was Dragon fruit & passion fruit iced tea very delicious & service was excellent.
