Nice location but I’ve gone through the drive thru multiple times and they never make the drinks right. Last two times I went they didn’t put the cold foam on, which I pay a good amount extra for. I looked at the drink and told the drive thru worker “the foam isn’t on this”, and she just goes “yes it is.” And closed the window. The foam wasn’t on it, no syrup in it either. I work at a Starbucks too and so I understand that it’s a busy atmosphere but come on, people pay so much for these drinks. Not that hard to read the ticket and make it correctly, I’d rather wait a little extra longer than waste my money.

The new Madison Starbucks is very nice and has outdoor seating, which makes it even better. It’s just across the street from its previous location, and now has lots of parking available. Very nice upgrade!

I happened to have breakfast there 5 mornings in a row due to some business matters. I worked there several hours for an entire week. Overall, it is at a good location and drinks and food are ok. However, when it gets busy sometimes, things are way slower than other starbucks. Moreover, those young employees enjoy too much for chatting each other and making jokes, often leaving customers being ignored. They seem not to care much about it. It looks good that they have fun and happy working environment but they need to do their jobs first. One morning, I was standing at the ordering counter and the lady just kept talking about their own fun stuff with her colleague leaving me alone for a while. It was pretty disrespectful.
