I would like to give a big shoutout to the barista Alexis! I have probably been to over a thousand Starbucks locations around the world. While I would always receive a greeting from the barista at the counter, I never in my life received a greeting from a barista at the door, right when I entered the Starbucks. Alexis was the first barista to greet me, right as I entered. That’s customer service, and that is what Starbucks is, home away from home! I informed the manager Krista about this. A massive compliment to Krista for having created such a team and atmosphere to set the tone, the way it should be! Thank you Alexis, you made my day!!

Wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks. On multiple occasions I’ve have to wait 10 minutes to get my order, and today it was just a latte and nothing else. They also didn’t get my order correct (it was supposed to be decaf), but I didn’t have time to have them fix it. The counter is also never clean. Mobile orders were sitting there for the 10 minutes I was waiting – they need to have someone dedicated to in store orders vs online orders.

Extremely friendly staff that makes you feel like family when you walk in. They can get very busy during peak times, so I would recommend ordering from the app at least 15 minutes in advance before arriving. The baristas always seem to have a good process in place, though. Customer service alone gets a 5/5.
