Food was good and hot reasonably priced BUT I requested NO sriracha sauce on my Brunch burger waiter came back with my food and it had sriracha sauce on it when I FINALLY tracked her down to replace it with how I ordered it my food was cold my son already was half way done with his food meanwhile I had to wait forever to receive my corrected order and it wasn’t even busy in there like usual ugh that was my only issue I lost my appetite after waiting so long and I’m a regular there so Thursday was a bad experience with the service that day.

This location has the classic tasty S&B Burger lineup. The atmosphere is fun with a contemporary rock vibe. The service is a bit more of a European standard in that you do have to get your server’s attention when you need things or are ready to pay your bill. The servers are very friendly though!

The visit started as normal, we got there about 7:45 pm (they close at 9pm so we had plenty of time) we were greeted, seated, drink order, and appetizer order fairly promptly. Then, we didn’t see our waitress for about 15-20 minutes. She was standing with another 3-4 servers behind the bar, conversing, while we watched our appetizer sitting in the window. She brought it over, took our order, and we didn’t see her again until the food was ready. Though, we needed drink refills before the appetizer came out, and was never given any refills the entirety of our visit. About 20 minutes after we finished our meal (we have been here almost a full hour at this point) and had been waiting for to go boxes, I finally stood up, walked to the bar, and asked the bartender for the boxes. Still another 10 minutes or so, I came to the bar again to ask for our tab since our waitress still hadn’t been seen, another waiter stepped to the back and said she would be right out. She came out, asked if we needed anything, and got the check. During the duration of our visit, there were maybe 7 other parties at most. We saw at least 6 servers total and the bartender. We were very disappointed in the service we received and won’t be coming back to this location.

What happened to you S&B? You make a great burger when you want to. Missing the bacon on the Porker, a key ingredient that makes this burger a hit, is weak, and at today’s prices, I want my bacon!

Make sure you get a fork for some of these burgers. Partly because they’re messy to hold but mostly because you want to make sure you don’t leave any on the plate. We had a great waitress and the food was terrific! We plan to be back.

Very hit or miss. Has been good the few times I have dined in. Ordered to go tonight and was disappointed. Paid $5 for literally 7 small onion rings. Container was barely filled up. Loaded fries were good, chicken sandwich was good, but fatty was disappointing. The patty had no seasoning, very bland and overcooked. Was quoted 20 min pick up time, I arrived a few mins before the 20 mins, and order was ready upon arrival. However, the food was cold? The fries and onion rings were cold. Some good things tonight, some bad. Warmed up my fries in the oven & fixed my issue. Overall not worth the price, its a little pricey for guessing if it will be good or not.

Always like going here to see the new burgers and this visit did not disappoint. I had The Balboa…AMAZING! The fettuccine alfredo on the burger just set it apart! We also had The Tobey which is their version of a chicken fried steak sandwich and The Brunch.

04/28/24 Update: We came here yesterday and the food and service was so good we came back today. Rachel was a terrible waitress. She didn’t give us one refill, didn’t try to up-sell anything or offer dessert. My hubs is a big tipper, but his tip today is the lowest I’ve ever seen him give. Next time, if we go back, we will ask for anyone but Rachel.
We liked S&B so much more when we could pick the music. The food is pretty good. The smokin’ okie is my favorite burger. If you are in the area, eat here. I wouldn’t make a special trip to go here. Bring back the taco truck tots!
