It was my first time dining here, mostly because it’s so close to the airport. The place has plenty of room inside, and my bowl came out pretty quickly. The space felt a little messy, and there were some quirky people around, but overall it was a decent experience.

I just went into this location in cascade station and It seems I unfortunately always get helped by the same woman with purple hair. Today she put a very underwhelming amount of chicken on my quesadilla so I asked for just a little bit more and she proceeded to put one single piece on top. I asked if she could put more then that, then comes along this heavyset male with a Mario star tattoo on his neck to loudly tell me that they would put a second scoop and charge me extra. I said no because all I wanted was a normal amount. This man was already being disrespectful to the customers that ordered before me which makes no sense because they were being so kind and he is a fully grown adult still working at a minimum wage job. After all of this she put another crumb of chicken on top and folded it up. As her giant sidekick was placing it in the cooker he made a sly comment to the woman about putting less rice into my sides. This happens every time I get helped by this woman. And quesadilla was very undercooked.

Along with all negative prior comments – this Chipotle needs some serious customer service help by corporation and is the most POORLY managed Chipotle I’ve ever been to.
Never, ever order catering from here either (we’ve now had 2 catering problems with the most recent being a disaster and absolutely zero apology).
We ordered catering in mid-december for our company for 30 people. Not only was it was 35 minutes late, they forgot over 5 large containers of food and we had to drive back (you also can’t contact the store via phone) – when showing the staff what we forgot that was written down on their pick slip the (assumingly) store manager took the paper out of our hands and threw away our piece of paper infront of us and walked away – the unprofessionalism is astounding. They refused to give names when asked and were incredibly rude as we waited an additional 30 minutes (after driving 15 minutes each way twice). The member who threw our paper away hid in the back the entire time we were there waiting. Really pathetic and quite embarrassing. Our lunch was 1.5 hours late and we will never order from Chipotle again.
This establishment needs some SERIOUS customer service training, the manager or whoever threw our paper away infront of us that showed our missing items that we wrote on needs to be fired (and should never work in customer service), and this Chipotle should never be allowed to offer catering.
If you’re looking for better options in the cascade station area at places we eat and cater at regularly: Red Robin, Famous Dave’s BBQ, and Panda are MUCH better choices than here and have way better customer service.

Found a rock in my food! Almost broke a tooth! Im flabbergasted at how terrible this location is!
Terrible service, horrifying how small my portion was for the price! My order was missing several ingredients including napkins and silverware. I love Chipotle but this location has got to go! I buy Chipotle almost once a week but never again from this location! Beware! Dont waste your money! Might incur dental expenses. But im ready to sue/boycot the restaurant

Food was good, as usual. Dining room was kinda dirty (chips on the ground and trays piling up by the trash cans). The soda fountain area was also in need of some love, there were no straws and the little trash thing was overflowing.

What a complete joke of a store. 6pm and already out of items in the line. The take out line has items but they won’t let the people ordering through the line get items.
I love Chipotle, and have eaten at dozens of them across the US, but this is the absolute worst. I have never seen such a sloppy place, poorly thrown together food, and lack of supplies (in addition to not having many items, there don’t have any napkins, even when you ask for them).
I will be reporting this to their corporate headquarters. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!

The food was really good! I was able to order within minutes. I ordered the veggie and it was so good! I enjoyed it so much that I ate the whole meal in one seating! They gave such a good amount. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The seating area is so nice and clean. It feels so nice to sit and dine in with me and my family. They also have outdoor seating that was perfect for the sunny weather. I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely come back!
