I’m not sure why McDonald’s keeps trying to offer new items like chicken wraps — as if the employees care enough to make them right.Honestly, I already knew it was going to be wrong before I even ordered, but I just needed something to go with my fries.

I arrived at 9:22AMand left at 9:26AM in the drive through on 8-31-2025. The guy that ran my card at the first window was nice and the lady at the second window was so sweet! Now. The food. My Diet Coke was crisp, I’m talking perfect bubbles to syrup consistency. My Bacon egg and cheese biscuit was hot and delish. Biscuit was good consistency. Didn’t crumble. Bacon was crispy. Cheese was melted. Hasbrown was steamy and crisp. I mean 10/10 y’all. Pics for proof! The A Team was out in full force!

I placed an order in the app for a sundae and ice cream. Once at the window to pickup my order I am told that the machine is down , and offered something else. I declined and asked for a refund. The manager said I have to request a refund through the app. The app specifically states I have to contact the store from where the purchase was made. Very annoying! Also the fries taste like they were cooked in old grease, yuck !

Sat in the drive thru (not just this occasion, but multiple) for 30 minutes. Not only was the drive thru line not moving but the traffic coming into the parking lot to go around and get in the drive thru or to park was at a stand still as well. I called the restaurant to ask what was going on because I was very concerned seeing as I could not move my vehicle to get out of the drive thru line much less to safety, and a gentleman answered the phone and after I asked what was going on, he told me he was short staffed and only had 2 people working.
This is a common occurrence here, I’ve even used a mobile order and waited 20 plus minutes for my food to come to my vehicle, every other time it being incorrect as well.
If you’re on a lunch break or in a hurry, this is far from fast food… do not waste your time.
And may I add as well, I when I finally got to the first window to provide my payment, I sat there for about 15 minutes and NO ONE come to take my card, so instead of holding the already long line up further, I proceeded to pull to the next window. The gentleman asked me if I had paid yet and I told him no, I waited 15 minutes at the window for someone to take my payment and no one ever showed so I proceeded to pull forward to keep the everlong line moving… guy took my card and had to walk BACK to the first window to run it.
And these people want $18 an hour but can’t even show up to work.

The women that took our ordered acted like we were bothering her. And not friendly!!!!. The woman that actually gave me my food was very nice and friendly .. I’m just traveling through, from Buffalo, NY to Alabama, to New Orleans to a cruise in Mexico. Back to Alabama and then NY again! Takes less strength to be kind then to be nasty!

Will give you what they want to give you instead of telling you upfront that they’re out of what you asked for. Manager had a rude tone when I asked for it to be changed and apparently, miraculously, they were out of my original ask and the back up too. I don’t care if it’s just the sauce if you’re out of what a customer requests you let them know and accommodate instead of doing what you want to do with their order.

I got ageism at the menu board. Kid though because I am over 50 that I needed help with the new order tablets. Burgers were too dry. Too priced and very very small. The fries and milkshake was really good.. No napkins with order.

They usually are on point but today I don’t know what happened! I got the 10 piece nuggets and a medium sprite! just that and it was 7.98.. I pull off and open my box to only 8 nuggets! For damn near 8.00 I would expect my full 10 nuggets. I didn’t want to cause trouble so I went on home but they need to pay attention back there in the kitchen.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! Lazy sorry people who do not want to work!! If you hate your job, then quit!!! If you accept a job do it right!!! I sat in line for over 45 mins. Sat at the intercom for 15 and finally gave up and pulled off!! This is 6:30p 7.11.2025. Fix your staff before word gets around and you have no business!! You already have 3.3 stars!!!
