Ordered 4 things… 3 of the things were wrong. I order one online, which was the only right one. Ordered 4 more drinks in person, and they were all made with wrong ingredients. I’m lactose intolerant and one of the things I specifically asked multiple times for with almond milk was made with regular milk.

The order taker got my order wrong. HOWEVER the blond boy making and handing out drinks was apologetic and fixed my order right away. This made me vow to never go to another Starbucks but this one(wont catch me lacking). I later saw this boy while he was on his brake and he asked about my drink. I told him it was fine.

i would rate this 0 if i could. it took an hour for my drink to arrive and it literally was just a strawberry lemonade. also the drink had a hand sanitizer taste. there was 3 workers and none of them had gloves or a mask.

We went on Black Friday and the mall was packed. The drinks were good. The only problem we had was no one could here the name of each order. The Barista’s just need to speak up louder when it’s so busy there.

Great people! The staff are both charming and helpful. Seating can be complicated door to it’s smaller size, but the friendliness of the atmosphere makes up for this deficiency. I strongly suggest a break from everyday errands and grab a coffee and say hello to the usual crowds that gathers there. Very friendly atmosphere.
