I just order two drinks through the drive through .. I was reading an order which it does not even say for a hot latte . I was trying to order a iced pumpkin latte with brown sugar and caramel drizzle she even ask if I wanted whip cream I said no and I also order refreshner. The girl has glasses and curly hair she got mad when I told her I didn’t want the latte hot she said next time to tell her . I was like you never ask hot or cold so I don’t want it hot .. she said ok I’ll make it . She did but just gave it to me and close the door so fast didn’t even want to look at me . I’m a customer and paying for my service I even tip . It not right getting treated like that.

Bought a tea. The restrooms were locked. Asked the staff person about the restroom but didnt get a response. Asked a second time and was ignored again. Then a different staff person clarified that one is being cleaned and in the other is in use. Not the first time that a starbucks has given reasons like this. I threw the tea in trash beforw leaving. I am a man and a minority. Starbucks should ensure theres no unfair treatment from their staff members towards male minority customers.
