Our barista did not listen to our order properly when two of us asked for a grande and instead she gave us talls. She seemed annoyed when correcting her mistakes. Along with this, my grande that I changed to was only filled as much as the picture shows and consisted of 3/4 ice (**no drinks were taken prior to this picture). I’m pretty disappointed with the quality of service at this location. It seems they do not take pride in their work.

I don’t like to complain but at this time I feel I have too these time, I got my holiday cup as a gift and wasn’t told that I have to go inside for the offers, I had my baby sick in the car and I need a wake up coffee after a long night so I went thru the drive thru, instead of going to my local Starbucks to avoid going inside in this cold and wind getting the baby even worst. So I asked if I can speak to the manager if there is anything they can do for me since I was already in the drive thru and even she said NO smh her rude instead of offering me something I know there’s always ways I have been a manager before but it’s okay, I ended up paying for regular price for my coffee.
