I am sharing this experience to hopefully help the business owner. The Team at this location was obviously trying thier best. I arrived 29 min prior to a Dr. appointment that was scheduled for 8:45 am. There was only 1 couple waiting for thier order when I placed mine. I took a seat to wait patently. While sitting, waiting for my order, 3 others came and places thier order. All 3 had received thier food before me. I had to leave my receipt with the young lady to get a refund and was unable to wait. I left my receipt hoping for a refund. I am including a copy of my receipt.

I actually stopped in to purchase some of their seasoning and they took a little time to locate it and figure out how to ring it up but all the while we’re pleasant and courteous. For those that don’t know about the seasoning, it is delicious. Great on fries and chicken at home. Not sure how I won the will power battle and didn’t get me a biscuit. Thanks Y’all.

I wanna give a shout out to the 2 gentleman that worked at Bojangles on Copperfield Boulevard yesterday I entered the store to place. My order was given I was given hot delicious food. Also given a veterans discount. These went over and beyond giving me all the necessary essentials that I would need as I purchased a big meal and was given the 10% discount for being a veteran, these gentlemen need to be recognized in the future, I wish them much success.

my sister stopped by to buy lunch for us on Saturday. I ask her to get me a salad with grilled chicken. At that time of the morning, I thought the salad would be fresh. When I opened the salad, it was in a container that looked liked a gravy and biscuit container. I did not want to say anything to hurt my sisters feelings. The lettuce was wilted and had turned brown. I could tell it was yesterday’s salad. The little tomatoes were mushy, so I picked them out. There were no cucumbers, baby spinach, red lettuce or croutons (this was in the description of the salad). I am not usually one to complain, but I could not let this pass. The manager needs to check into this especially paying for something this expensive and not getting what you paid for. I will not recommend your business to anyone and I will not return.

The manager was very nice. I think his name was James. I had a couple of issues with my order initially. The manager went above and beyond to remedy the situation. The egg was freshly made for my egg and cheese biscuit. Apologize for not capturing photos but I was extremely hungry this time. Whereas, I doubt that this location would be an option for me in the future, I did appreciate how the situation was handled.

We had one of the worst cashiers she was rude and wouldn’t bother to give us our cups after we paid she made us wait till she finished taking 3 other customers before she would give us our cups. Then she was saying mean things about us to other customers. They food wasn’t completely bad but I have had better at other locations

We were the only customers on a Sunday around lunchtime. A bad sign? The cashier was looking down as we stood at the register. After about 15 seconds she said that she would be right with us. Service was fine after she changed registers. I got a grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken was not fresh; it was tough. My granddaughter ordered a southern chicken biscuit, but she got a Cajun chicken biscuit that was very spicy. On the plus side, the ice tea was good!

Placed an order online since i was running errands. Once order was placed it said it would be ready in 15 min. Showed up 25 min after and my order was not ready. Ended up waiting an hour to get my food on top of that my order was wrong. Mind you it was not a busy day, no customers.

Customer service and interaction were great. Biscuit needed more eggs, but the bo-rounds were perfect. I drive a suburban so the drive thru is difficult to navigate.

Went 3 weeks in a row. Week one left after 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Week 2 had to ask for someone to take my order. Week 3 had to ask again for someone to take my order when I received my order it wasn’t all there. I will not be going back there again. Plus the table and seat was not clean.
