This place was extremely slow. We went inside because the drive thru was long. Waited 15 minutes for our food. We only ordered 1 fry, 4 sandwiches. The staff were kind, just slow.

Waited 20 minutes on the order I needed to deliver for door dash at 9:30 pm. Back line employee never cooked the food when the cashier requested. Then once it was cooked, the front line employee worked in slow motion to bag it up. Other employees just watched. No teamwork at this location at all!

Never seen a Bojangles run this poorly, employees using cell phones on the line food all over the place, HVAC equipment in the middle of the floor, extremely long wait times with very few customers, and plenty of staff. There were 5 customers and 3 of them had “lost” orders. The napkins needed to be refilled and some dispensers were taken down and just lying on the counter. It was a train wreck.

Im not a picky eater. I wasnt raised that way. I also typically go to the bojangles in fayetteville and have visited some in raleigh. all in all their menus are the same all across the board but this franchise for some reason was different. I asked for the Four piece dinner, not supreme but just the dinner with the BONE IN and it comes with a biscuit and a side. I got 4 tenders and three biscuits. I didnt ask for three. I asked for my order to be fixed and I said FOUR piece BONE IN. they literally pulled out the most shrivled dried up looking chicken with zero meat and all skin on it. it looked disgusting and unsanitary then they added mash potatoes and cole slaw to my box when I asked for TWO biscuits. nothing else for sides. Typically I’d take it to the jaw and just eat it but the chicken straight up was like the size of my fingers, pathetic and cooked awful. it made me lose all apetite. but Thank you to the manager here for refunding me my $11. I work hard for every cent I earn and Im not wasting it on anything I shouldnt have to including food made my kindergartners who can’t read or comprehend orders.

This is my local Bojangles and I go here about once a week. Service and food is better than the other reviews on here say and it’s getting better. My only complaint is the Christian music. All your customers are bit Christian. Playing it may make some of your Christian customers happy.. but I expect it makes more of your non Christian or secular customers annoyed. It does me. Change to different music and know one would notice.. and that’s a good thing.

The poor little girl up front trying to do it all by herself while there’s three people running drive through. My Cajun biscuit sat in the window longer than I had been in the restaurant and was stale by the time I got it, while the drive-thru was getting fresh biscuits. It also doesn’t make you feel good about eating at a place that will reprimand its employees on the front line in front of the customer.

DO NOT GO HERE! Ordered 8 piece family meal plus more items. Only got 6 pieces. Also got only 6 biscuits instead of the 8 ordered. The receipt showed my order correctly but the kitchen employees apparently cannot count to 8. Was treated VERY rudely when I went back inside to get the missing items. They will never see me again.

NASTY!!! I go through the drive through at store #740 on HWY 601 in Concord NC and the man working the prep line is eating a jelly Biscuit while making other sandwiches for customers. Takes a bite chews on it, wipes hands on pants and starts making another sandwich. This is gross. This is why people get sick. Come on guys do better.

My food was delicious. I ordered wings, mac and cheese, pinto beans and a wonderful Bojangles biscuit. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

Arrived during the lunch hour. No food seemed to be available since several people had to wait. Our order was probably the largest. The tenders were overcooked, and I watched as the biscuits were haphazardly crammed into the box. Since we were now late, we just accepted it and continued to our destination.
