If you’re out of ingredients, you really need to tell people that when they order their food. Three times in a row I have come and my sandwich is missing ingredients and no one tells me. If you’re gonna charge me full price, I expect every single ingredient to be on there. Otherwise, you need to be giving people discounts for the items you were missing. Usually the third times a charm, but this being the third time you lost a customer. With fast food, being as expensive as it is these days. This poor quality and missing items is unacceptable. I saw another review about someone ordering a Baconator and they got home and there was no bacon on it because you were out of bacon. This kind of stuff will cause you to close your doors! I also noticed that management or Wendys does not respond to anyone’s reviews, which goes to even further show that you really don’t care that you’re doing people dirty, and being unethical, so long as you keep making your money. I officially will not return to this restaurant after today

Waited 15 minutes to even cash out then get back home and my fries are cold and my chicken is hard and cold. Husband got a baconnator and they were out of bacon something they should have told us while we ordered our food and to top it off they didnt even give him sour cream for his sour cream and chive potato.

Waited at ordering screen for more than 5 minutes, I was the only person in drive thru. I finally just told them that I was ready to order. Ordered a baked potato and baconator sandwich, the potato looked like it had been in the warmer for a week and the sandwich was slopped together in addition the bun, the hamburger and the bacon all were burnt I’m quite certain had been in the warmer all day

We love the food, never an issue. I appreciate the fresh cooked food. This time we had the worst person working the drive thru. She was arrogant and rude. We had a $40 purchase asked for a large water for our diabetic family member, she said she could do a small, my husband asked if he could simply pay to get the large and she said yes full price for a regular drink. We gladly paid but never have we had an issue like that before. Then we ordered a small frosty, literally the only option on the drive thru display is chocolate. She replies well I don’t know what kind? And just again, the attitude. I wanted to include her name but of course she made sure he name tag is not visible. Thank goodness the food is good and I love that they have the expanded Coke products!

I don’t leave reviews often, but yikes… Went to Wendy’s and ordered just a biggie bag with a lemonade and a frosty. Was met with a very short greeting at the drive thru, which wasn’t a big deal, it could’ve been a long night. We pulled around and as we’re checking out we hear “make it strawberry lemonade, I don’t give a damn” which is not what I ordered. I then asked if it was the one I ordered and he said yes. If they don’t have something, I would be fine to swap to something else if they communicated this in a better way. Burger had cold cheese and wasn’t very enjoyable, the nuggets were the only good part of the meal. I get people have rough nights, but it’s disheartening when everyone else can you hear you make mean comments in the drive thru…

We came in around noon wasn’t too busy the cashier was very friendly but we ordered 30.00 worth of food and will say the only thing edible was the frostys. The burgers were dry and burnt the bacon was not cooked and was put together sloppy. This isn’t the first time. I’ve been to a lot of Wendy’s and this was the worst ever. We will not be returning

It was a busy lunch rush today and there was an order placed for a “very large” family right before our order. The poor girl trying to do the order was lost and asking for help and someone in a “Mama Vibes” shirt comes out and starts talking down to the girl like she was an idiot. She was mouthing things to customers about the employee and clearly showing how frustrated she was with her. She wasn’t in Wendy’s attire, looked like she was in her Pajamas and was extremely unprofessional.
It’s just food honey…don’t forget your employees are people too. We all got our food and I bet that poor kid cried when she got home.
