Ordered multiple times from this location for our Starbucks through Ubereats for a Doctors office of over 40 staff. Multiple times the orders were canceled by Starbucks. We called and spoke to the employees and they kept giving us the run around regarding our order. We had placed it in time for the Doctors to all have at their meeting and they kept blaming Ubereats. I asked if someone from our office could go and retrieve the order since it had already been placed and they told me that we could not. The order was for over $300 and not one order made it to the office. The employees were rude on the phone and provided no assistance. Do better Starbucks. If they didn’t want to complete such a grand order then they should never have accepted it. They they told us the orders were being bagged. It was just an all around hot mess. This location needs to be re-trained.

Great location in the middle of montclair center. Drjnks always prepared well but could take some time since staffing has been an issue. Recently, the staff numbers have increased which has helped. I recommend ordering on the app if you are in a rush. Spot also has tables and booth areas for getting work done but don’t expect much privacy since this location is on the smaller side.

Update: 5/02/23 – store has steadily improved since my last review! I’m so happy! Yesterday I saw the guy who makes the best cup of coffee (one of the old staff) and who seems to be someone who can handily keep things on track. I’m SO excited he’s back! YAY! Things are looking up! I’m back to using Park Street regularly and delighted to be able to so!

Poorly organized location during busy times, a single coffee took more than 30 mins. Mobile pick up is complete caos during busy hours, there’s no way of checking if your order is ready without you having to reach into the counter area.

I called the store to verify if they were actually out of oatmilk because my daughter who I breast feed has food allergies and Celeste answers the phone and states they do. I explained to her that on the mobile order app it says that they don’t and as I’m explaining to her about my daughter’s food allergies and thanking her she hangs up on me. I just took it as maybe they are really busy. So i get to the store literally maybe like 3 people were in there but not at the register. So i walk up and as she is about to take my order i just let her know like hey I’m the one who called i was trying to explain about my daughter’s food allergies and you hung up on me. Well she looks at me with this death stare and states that another young lady can take care of me. So at this point she just has a disgusting attitude and no regards to the fact that I’m addressing food allergies and if my drink is contaminated then it can severely harm my daughter. So I explained it to the young lady taking my order and thank God Icey was there. She was very understanding and compassionate. I requested she makes my drink because she already knows about my daughter’s food allergies and has made it perfectly in the past. Well Celeste had a problem with this and catches yet another attitude because she wanted Icey to work the section where you heat up the bread and make sandwiches. Icey and I both stated that I had specifically requested Icey make my drink and she spoke in a disgusting tone saying well when she finishes to go to that station. Her attitude sucks and her disrespect and disregard for a nursing mother who’s child has food allergies is disgusting. She needs better training. Even when i told her that she hung up as i was explaining to her about the allergies she couldn’t be bothered to apologize. Very very rude and unprofessional. If it wasn’t because they other staff there are so kind and good at their jobs i would never go back. She could potentially kill someone by not taking food allergies seriously. What is wrong with her!!

The service for uber pick up is horrible they literally are talking to each other while the order is ready on the counter but since they are always talking they take for ever to pack it up. I stood 10 minutes waiting it was only 2 drinks it was ready it just needed to be pack. Out of 5 people in there none come to me and said anything no one took the time to pack the order so yeah the service is hotrible
