I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for almost 5 years. I come almost everyday. I will drive out of the way to come to this location, the staff is super super nice, cheerful and personable, they remember you, the way you like your drink, and they always get it right. And if they don’t they fix it with a smile on their face. But I can’t remember the last time my drink wasn’t made perfect. Goes to show that great staff truly does make the biggest difference!

Very nice Starbucks, however they put a plastic stopper in every single cup. Considering that we need to be using less plastic, not more, and these little stoppers are rarely (if ever) necessary, I implore Starbucks to stop making them standard issue. Consider only providing them upon request, or better yet, eliminating them completely. We lived without plastic stoppers in our coffee cups since take out coffee began. Why do we suddenly “need” them now??!!

Never never never again. Have been going there for years but apparently when they are very busy in the morning they turn into real nasty people. Had a mobile order for my wife that went wrong and the lady proceeded to parade me in front of everyone when I defended myself back a patron told me to please leave the store LOL. I guess the customer is not always right.

I will never visit the Starbucks. Any company that decides that is going to become a political oligarch is not for me. I keep my coffee in my politics separate. Any company that doesn’t respect law enforcement I don’t feel safe going to.
