Today is Chuseok, when families gather in Korea. But I’m in the U.S. for work.
I came here to eat steak because I wanted to give myself a present.
I felt a little depressed.
The server with his beautiful hair tied was so kind and sweet that I could fill not only my stomach but also my heart with delicious steak.

When you get here in the evening, you need to sit at the bar or bar area and make sure Dejay is the bartender. This is a must! He makes a phenomenal old fashioned! This man goes above and beyond for his customers. He is attentive, he anticipates what you may need, and if there’s any problems-Dejay will make it right! Thank you, Sir, for your attention to detail, and for your excellence in all you do! I am looking forward to my next stay in Seattle when I can once again be a customer of yours. Thank you, again!

Excellent food and generous portions. Service is phenomenal from the hostess to the servers – restaurant is cozy but also has a fully stocked bar with the latest sports games playing. So kind and accommodating for all guests. No dining experience is cheap in this economy, but this restaurant serves an elevated experience at an unbeatable price – I honestly couldn’t believe how low the prices were all considering. 10/10 recommend.

Great Spot Inside the Hilton!
The place was clean, spacious, and had a great atmosphere. There’s a cozy little bar and a nice dining area with TVs to catch the game. The food was absolutely delicious, and our waitress—pretty sure her name was Julie—was super nice and friendly. If you’re staying at the Hilton, definitely stop in for a bite. You won’t be disappointed!

Good was really good. The salmon cake was the best I’ve ever had. I also got a salmon pasta dish that was really tasty. My wife got the jumbo shrimp scampi which she enjoyed as well. Very pricey but very good.

We ordered a 6oz filet (medium) and a rib eye(med. rare) both were rare. It wasn’t a great dining experience. They also don’t accept cash and the parking situation was inconvenient. We won’t be back. The service was good though.

My wife and I came here to celebrate our anniversary on the last night of our vacation. I made a reservation through OpenTable, which was convenient, but their profile was outdated—there was no valet and no lamb chops as listed. They mentioned the menu changes every four months or so, but that didn’t make up for the underwhelming food. My filet and my wife’s salmon were over-seasoned and nothing special. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, but the service didn’t match the restaurant’s price point—missing small touches and engagement I’d expect at that level. The atmosphere felt more like a typical hotel restaurant than a fine dining experience, and we had an awkward interaction with the hostess, who later came over on her own to apologize. Overall, a disappointing and overpriced experience—not one I’d recommend.
