The staff does the best they can and are diligent and really friendly, but being one of the few Starbucks on the shoreline they’re often understaffed (esp. in Summer) and overwhelmed by a crazy amount of traffic in the mornings. Doesn’t help everyone seems to have the most complex order ever which keeps things on the slower side. Recommend that you order ahead in the app and pick up as that is a reliable way to get in and out without a wait.

I come here every week in the summer sometimes 3-4 times. The staff here are wonderful. They are always willing to fix something if it is incorrect, and it does get quite busy here being one of the only Starbucks around in a busy town, but they do their best. I will say at some points if you order in store if the mobile app isn’t working or says it is out of something, it takes a while if it’s busy. Also, sometimes the app is incorrect and I cannot mobile order my drink so I need to go inside. I try to let them know so they can update it but it’s happened a lot. I can overlook it because they are very nice there.

I just placed an order and the order was messed up twice. There where people in line complaining about their orders as well I just got so annoyed I ended up leaving when I got home I tried to call and of course nobody picks up the phone. I have always ordered an iced matcha never once have I been asked by any Starbucks how much matcha do I want in it then they mixed it in with black coffee. Ask for an iced drag and drink and those weren’t even correct. I understand maybe you have some new trainees in there but the amount of money that people drop at Starbucks you should at least get your orders correct.

Hard working staff but their system to manage orders is disorganized. Orders are consistently missed and you patiently wait till 30 min passes and you finally ask what happened to a decaf coffee and black cold brew (all pre made and require no fancy work) weekends are bad and it keeps happening. Feel for the staff. Just need management to work out a better process

I am a frequent customer at this Starbucks and am not satisfied with my order. I ordered a small decaf iced coffee and they gave me a decaf hot coffee and when I told them i wanted a decaf iced coffee they said “we don’t do decaf iced coffees and we only do decaf iced merricano” (I don’t know how to spell it) and I’ve gotten a iced coffee there before which was weird and I asked for a brownie not warmed up and they gave me a brownie warmed up. I also asked for ice and I made the hot coffee a iced coffee. I am not satisfied starbucks…. do better

I ordered a hazelnut hot chocolate for my mother, which she said was delicious. I am unaware of what my friend ordered, but her and I both got skim milk in our orders. I was in a hurry so I drove home and didn’t get to drink my latte until I was inside. It smelt rotten, and to be a decent person, I tried to drink it. Nope, spoiled milk. The only reason I know it was spoiled was because I had just emptied my old, two week expired milk out of my fridge. They smelt 100% the same.

Every time I visit is worse. They changed how mobile orders get picked up so it’s in the same spot as regular orders and it’s causes a ton of people to be crowded in a tiny spot.
