This would probably have to be the slowest service Starbucks in the world. only come here if you’re willing to spend a good 25 minutes watching them fumble around coffee orders and get sandwiches incorrect. literally every time I come here I’m in the drive-through for at least 30+ minutes regardless of how many cars there are.

They were very snobby and rude. They didn’t even make my order correct and when I told them that my order was incorrect, they grab the drink out of my hand, threw it immediately in the trash made me feel like I was garbage for asking for my drink to be made correctly. Very snobby rude

today was very very busy. holiday season has started ! but ordering online is much more efficient then waiting in that line !!! except I ordered a parfait and paid for it to find out they didnt have it in stock. I’m pregnant and I was really hoping for that parfait. kinda disappointed. they should make sure the app stays up to date if your paying ahead.

I never go to this Starbucks but today I was over in that area so I ordered the same drink I always order, shaken espresso with light ice and they didn’t fill it up all the way! I ordered it just yesterday from the Hazard ave one and it was filled up. Never going there again.

Went in at 8:22 at target and guys was with lights off and wiping down the counter and said there were closed. i also went to another starbucks in holyoke the new location and says 9:30 but at 9:21 they were closed lol

I usually have great experiences at this location but I came here on Saturday night 5 minutes before they close (I know, that’s annoying) and was waiting in the drive-thru to order. I waited for almost two minutes and no one spoke, but I can see the workers through the window, and I know they can see us. I then got fed up and drove off. I understand that they were closing soon at 8:30 PM but I was there at 8:25 PM; they were still open. They could have at least said something through the speaker. It was just a bit of an annoying situation.
