Don’t come here they took very long to notice us and then didn’t make our drinks asking us if we placed it to the right store .. we literally ordered in the front not through the mobile app.. the younger kid had his AirPods in while the girl in the cash register just talked away with another employee who was not on the clock

I suggest taking the drive to other locations if you walk in and see Cathy. The other morning I ordered a mobile order at home, drove a whole town over and when I got there it had already been 20 minutes later. After 5-10 minutes of standing inside inside without even being acknowledged, one of my drinks finally came out. Cathy threw it up on the counter didn’t call a name so 5 other people came to check if it was theirs(all who ordered at the counter after I got there). Turns out it was one of my two drinks I ordered. I politely asked if she knew if my other drink of my order would be ready soon(my sons graduation was that day or I would never). She looked up rolled her eyes and said eventually. Another 10 minutes went by so I went to the register to ask for a refund, I really had to go at this point. I was offered an iou not my money back. So I continued to wait. Finally another 10 minutes goes by and after everyone else who ordered after I did got their drinks she finally gave me mine. Almost an hour after my mobile order I finally had 2 drinks. Never again, I miss the old staff.

4/22 Saturday morning: such pleasant and kind baristas and staff all around. Really made for a nice morning coffee run. Used the bathroom which smelled like bleach which was great knowing the bathrooms were definitely cleaned well. Thank you to everyone who was working this morning!

LOVE this location! Everyone is always friendly. I order ahead and never have to wait, and staff always acknowledges me as I pick up. They also have free coffee grounds for gardeners!

I normally go to this location on the weekends as like a weekly treat. Normally they make the drinks pretty decent but today they had new staff working and I ordered a 12 pump chai (which I’ve been ordering the same thing for years) I could tell just looking at it there was definitely not 12 pumps of chai since it looked very milky and not at all how it normally looks. I asked them to remake it and they said they did but the drink handed back to me looked exactly the same. I am not the kind of person to ask drinks to be remade or complain but when your paying almost 8 bucks on a drink and money is tight you want to get what you pay for. The barista with blue hair idk what her name was was trying to argue that the drink was made correctly. Like instead of owning up to your mistake why do you have to try and argue with customers? Hopefully the new staff gets better training and have better customer service in the future.

I come here often and the service is always so slow. I’m an avid Starbucks goer and this is by far the worst location possible. It’s super dirty, the staff ignores you constantly and it takes FOREVER for just one drink.

Got a drink from other Starbucks but it wasn’t taste right I think they forgot to put caramel sauce when they make my Frappuccino. Then I googled the nearby Starbucks this one cane out. So I talked to the staff they remake my drink right away! Super nice! And the drinks it’s exactly what I want:)))))) they are two angels with glasses but I forget to ask the name. Thank you
