I usually don’t have any issues at this location but I was very disappointed with my experience today. I’m assuming I spoke with manager (based on overhearing her belittling the other employees while waiting for my order). She was extremely rude & unprofessional. I wanted to get an eta on my order to see if there was time to add something on & was immediately given an attitude. I understand everyone has bad days, but its unacceptable to take it out on the customers and other employees. I will pass on Starbucks & support other local coffee shops.

Cute little Starbucks… a throwback to what the chain used to be, for me. No drive-thru, friendly baristas who still know how to carry on a conversation, places to sit and study or meet up for coffee with a friend. Better retail selection than many other local Starbucks, I always see the best mugs here!

This is my favorite little Starbucks. I’ve seen at least two Coffee Masters behind the counter. The baristas are fast, efficient, and friendly. Really nice vibe in this whole plaza.
