I visited this location yesterday afternoon around 1:30. I had some work to do so I sat at one of the tables. The talk behind the counter was ridiculously awful. The tall Asian kid was complaining loudly about every customer that he took orders for. If you don’t like the customers then don’t be in a customer business. Then to top it off he said very loudly “oh my God, this makes me want to kill myself!” WHAT!?! For someone who has battled with mental health issues this is unacceptable. I will NEVER return to this location.

Just went in this morning and the AC is broken and employees where having a hard time working and delivering the best experience for the customers. I asked an employee how hot it was and they said the thermostat showed 84 degrees.

I’m having a terrible day and decided to get some Starbucks, my go-to pick-me-up. I went through drivethru and had the absolute pleasure of being greeted by Alicia who automatically noticed I was down. She was the sweetest partner I’ve ever met. That small exchange shifted my entire mood. I was once a Starbucks partner #216 and she is everything Starbucks desperately needs. So happy she’s just a few minutes away from my job.
