Coffee was good but couldn’t believe how one poor young man looked Spanish was working all by his self making coffee and one Caucasian girl very pleasant was by herself ready to assist anyone in need while three people looked Hispanic were just standing there talking. I don’t like writing bad reviews cuz I’m just not a difficult person. But this was just kinda ridiculous. I ordered 2 pink drinks with no strawberry inclusions. Not only do they consistently give me strawberries after I asked for none, there was ZERO ICE IN MY DRINKS. Like dude what. So weird. My drinks where given to me warm… a waste of 20 dollars.

On point. Starbucks is more money than Dunkin but my experience proves consistently better at Starbucks. It matters being greeted kindly and I was here. Kindness at the window and until i paid. My latte was perfect tasty so much I bought two the next time I visited . Dunkin needs to take a lesson .

I go there weekly, the staff has gotten better with time. I will be honest they weren’t my favorite in the beginning now they are must. They say, hello try to get to know you a bit. I use my app and my drinks are ALWAYS ready when I get there.
