My experience here is typically good. Especially in the evenings. The reps are always smiling and happy. Very friendly. I went this morning and the person that may have been the shift manager came to take my payment as I was having issues with the app. She told me “We are on a timer”, with an attitude, and then added “ We have 40 seconds”. It should have been about me the customer, not her timeliness. I go here every Saturday and it’s always backed up. I wonder if they are concerned about their timer then. Anyway, once the app fixed itself she scanned my payment without a “Thank You” or a smile. Very rude!

Renovated and looks clean…. But they day we came they were very disorganized. Food took 30 min from time we ordered online. Drinks were cold when we got food, so wife asked them to fix it. They gave us new drinks but the new ones had no flavor. Lady making the drinks had a bit of an attitude.

Waiting for a mobile order and the young girl Taylor was making the drinks. She really needs to pick up the pace. EVERYONE around Taylor is running around because it’s busy and there is Miss Taylor taking her time. It’s almost like she doesn’t care about how long it takes her. Very frustrating to watch especially since I put my mobile order in way ahead and still have to wait for 10 extra minutes. Come on girl you can work faster.

Redeemed my birthday reward here and they didn’t fill my drink up all the way. Seriously? We also spent 30+ minutes in the drive through because they wouldn’t let my boyfriend grab our pick up order in the store. The food was cold and gross by the time we got it. I’ve worked in food service before so I can understand how stressful it is but they were not efficient and were very rude to my boyfriend. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Great staff here, I’m always greeted when I walk in the door by the guy who is usually working the drive thru window. Only complaint might be how loud the music is and that there was no toilet paper in either bathroom during myost recent visit but usually everything is great!

Something is not quite right with the way staff/process is organized. It doesn’t seem to function efficiently. Not sure if it’s not enough training or what. This Starbucks has been inefficient since the move to add Drive-thru. Drive thru is the only way to get an order quickly—-it’s a zoo inside; very long wait times. There are some great staff here but not sure newer staff is being trained and actually may be causing more chaos/disorganization. Might be a good idea to shut down for a week to properly train.

If I could provide zero stars I would. This is the second time I sent in a mobile order and had to wait 30 minutes for my drinks. We stood there while no one asked us what we were waiting for. One employee stood around and talked for 5 minutes and then disappears in the back (she did that last time too). One employee tried to make one of our drinks and then he spilled it. We ordered 4 drinks all the same. One was made and spilled, made again then he went to make drinks from a completely different order. Employees do not seem to know how to hustle. Seems to be the same staff as the first incident. Later in the day crew. People were being served after we went in and received their drinks before we did. Where is the manager? How is this acceptable service? The worst Starbucks service ever, and we have been to many Starbucks all over the US.

Went there this morning in drive thru was very backed up like at a stand still. I sat so long waiting to get my order birds stared to swarm my car then pecked on my window and that drew lots of attention to the point that I had to drive off without getting my order. Never experienced this long of a wait time with this location before. Was really bummed that I had to drive off without my coffee!
