Usually when I go to this Starbucks I am excited because I can get a refreshing drink in my way through to work, or out of the store after shopping. But due to the lack of training the young employees so need, I am always stuck here an extra 15-20 minutes when a drink should take 5 minutes with focused and trained staff. There is no need to wash ever dish right after it’s use. This place is never busy, drinks should not be taking a half hour to be made. Train your staff so that they know what they are doing. Make an organized plan so that drinks are made on time. In the time that it has taken me to write this review, my order STILL is not ready…

It’s located inside the Price Chopper market. It’s convenient but not a full coffee shop with music and atmosphere. Definitely needs outlets to charge electronics. The wifi is strong and good to hang out for business because it’s quiet. Coffee is good.

The expresso machine is out and has been out, for I dont know how long it feels like. The staff is all new, so expect a wait time, but they are doing their best. It’s just very slow still compared to how it used to be. Not bad, though. It’s still Starbucks, and there’s a small seating area to sip your coffee and grab some sushi to relax.

I rarely drink coffee, my girlfriend loves Starbucks so I go… she likes the star drink and pink drink, I’m more of a caramel or pumpkin spice frappuccino person. The Strawberry funnel cake drink shown was alright.

My daughter and I go here daily… Love the staff… They make us a special version of the caramel mociatto even though it looks to be a pain. We always have a great conversation while we wait. I will admit Starbucks is a bit expense so do expect that but they come out great every time so no complaints. If your in the area and need your Starbucks fix then hit then up.

0/5!! I can honestly say I don’t recommend going to this location, it was such a good place years ago but now it’s gone way down hill. Unpleasant employees who comes off as they hate their jobs, employees who will tell you they’ll be right with you after they’re done playing on their phones. The place always looked so clean and now it looks completely unsanitary. Don’t even get me started on the drains when they get backed up, when their drains get backed up for hours on end they do their dishes in the same cold dirty water that they started with at the beginning of the day. DISGUSTING PLACE!

Usually if someone give you a Starbucks gift by email and after they scan it you usually get to pick one of the giftcards and they have to put the remaining balance on the card. Lady said she can’t do that. I also had the shopping cart with no cup holder but had a stopper and lost some of the liquids because it tipped over. I also had asked her for a venti water and she gave me a tall. Life is tough wearing a mask and it might be for a while,
