This place can be so hit or miss, depending on what staff is working, but when it’s a hit, it is the best Starbucks experience ever. Incredible customer service, quick lines, and staff that really focuses on the little things. I’m always excited to see certain staff is on because I know they will just be going above and beyond.

Unfortunately, I must have visited during the shift change. It took several minutes for anyone to greet me. There were five staff on. Some of the staff were excellent, focused; others were walking in circles touching things but not doing anything.

Extremely bad place. Considering that I am not bourn American ( I am American citizen for over 20 years ) this place , people who works here are rude. I waited for over 20 min. for my coffee. People who came after me was served right away with employees smile on their face.

It was pouring rain and I was short 2 cents on my order of $18. The staff refused to complete the order because I didn’t have 2 penny’s. I had to go out to my car to get a nickel. I was shocked at their lack of experience with the general public. Everyone at this location needs a cup of coffee at 7 am. After getting the two cents, they wanted to know if I wanted my 3 cents in change! Lolololol… I was shocked again! Wow … what are these people, robots? I could have ordered a refill on my starbucks card, but was shocked at the fact that they were so insistent on getting 2 penny’s! The manager said they’d be off on their drawer! Wow … they won’t be getting anymore tips from me! The plastic holder on the counter didn’t have any change in it … I guess no one wants to give them even 2 cents! Easily the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. I mean … seriously, no compassion here! Lolololol

Awesome, polite staff. Near some kind of old stone watchtower that reminds us of Rapunzel…so if a witch pushes you out of the tower onto some thorns, just wait till morning, crawl east a little bit and there will be a coffee kiss to cure your blindness.
