Slightly above average with most things. The manager was there that day and was chatting with regulars and there were quite a bit of people, but the interior was still kept clean. My drink took a bit long (I got an iced chai) but the baristas were all super friendly. Great views of the mountains and plenty of parking. Very close to all the downtown stuff, too.

Encountered the most unfriendly employees, I have ever experienced at a Starbucks location. Th website indicates the store opens at 5:30 AM. We placed our order online. Arriving at 5:40, the door was locked and the sign in the window said store opened at 6. Fine, website was not updated, although you expect better coordination from Starbucks. At 5:57, I knocked on the drive through window and explained to the employee who opened the window, that my spouse really needs to use the restroom, could he open the door. The employee coldly said “ we will open the door in a few minutes at 6”. Really?

I would suggest you support local first, but if you cant, this is a 5 Star Starbucks. Very roomy, lovely staff, and parking. I just don’t understand how they don’t have Maple Lattes. You are in VT, I think you are legally required to have Real VT Maple Syrup on hand at all times.

Not open at 6am when it clearly states it on their website. All other businesses in Manchester are open on time so it’s clearly not a staffing issue. Management and staff all need to be fired and start with a new fresh crew

The few people that work here are nice and are doing their best to deal with the short-handedness. I waited online about 14 minutes to get a coffee. They’re just way too slow, not blaming the people that work there and I’m not even blaming Starbucks. Blaming the construct that we’re in right now where people are not working they’re not enough workers and we’re not creating a system to to make people go to work

They’re NEVER, and I mean NEVER open, and most of the students in the area rely on that, the works, and Wiloughby’s for breakfast. They open at 10 and close at 3 now, please get longer shifts w/ better pay, or close down and get us a good place for breakfast.

It’s a friendly place but not really understanding why they are only open until 2 or 3. I get short staffed BUT there is plenty of other places that are short staffed and can stay open. Really sucks when your craving it after they are closed for the day and open when your at work and can’t leave

Although incredibly busy for mid afternoon, the employees were patient and efficient! At one point, the seating area was at capacity and a worker ensured any new business could be conducted via drive thru or as soon as an open seat was made available.
