This is the best Starbucks Around this area. I love the atmosphere (well Covid putting a strain on this, but you can see it’s potential), the location, the store’s look and most importantly the workers (especially my Favorite staffers like the ones there on Valentine’s Day 2021) and the coffees. I’m not sure why they taste better here. Maybe it’s the staff’s love for their craft and their care for the coffee. Thanks Starbucks. We love you. See you soon!

4 stars because I never have any issues here and the staff works hard..but the girl in the brown and green hoodie today needs to control her facial expressions and eye rolling.. audibly complaining about customers to other customers in front of them as if we can’t hear her. I work in retail so I 100% get it especially when you’re busy but girl..no one was giving you any issues either. We were all just patiently waiting.

Today I placed a mobile order (Venti iced shaken oatmilk brown sugar espresso with vanilla sweet cream cold foam and a sausage egg and cheddar). I pulled into the drive thru, as I always do. I notified them that I placed a mobile order at the speaker and they told me it wasn’t yet ready. No big deal, it wouldn’t have been ready yet if I had ordered it directly at the speaker either. However, when I got to the window the guy working told me to park my car in the lot, come inside and wait for my order because there were others ahead of me in the queue…. If the line was excessively long, I could understand having me pull up and having someone run my order out, or if I had some massive order with a million things, or even asking me to come back around in the drive thru. But there is a reason I ordered AHEAD and also went through the DRIVE THRU. Because being 7 months pregnant with my kids in my car, I didn’t want to nor have time to find parking and go inside and wait. Totally ridiculous and lacking of common sense. In what world does it make sense to tell me to come inside and wait for my order that if I had ordered the same exact order through the speaker with NO NOTICE they would have prepared for me and handed me out the window. I go to this Starbucks every single week day, I have spent $3,355.00 in the past 18 months, according to my bank account – $470 of that has been in 2023 alone. I am honestly so aggravated by the entire situation I literally don’t ever want to go to Starbucks again. I’m sitting in there for 15 minutes waiting for my coffee as I see them put up order after order for people who aren’t even in there waiting. Totally ridiculous. I am the last person to complain just for the sake of complaining but there was ZERO LOGIC to that and for the amount of money I spend at that place, the least they can do is shut off the mobile ordering if they don’t have the ability to fulfill people’s orders without making them exit their vehicle and come inside and wait. I would have just ordered through the drive thru!

It’s a Starbucks but it has a horrible entrance. The entrance is off the side street not the main street which means you got to go through the light into a residential area and then loop in.

I go to this Starbucks just about every single day. Not sure what happened but it seems like all the staff have been changed in the past month. I mobile order and by the time i got there my food and drink were 99% always waiting for me. When I walk in I was always greeted with a good morning and have a nice day. Today is the last time I will go to this location. Since the change 90% odmf the time my stuff is not ready. And thats with ordering 10 min ahead first thing in the morning. I walk in and not one person greets me or even picks their head out of their phones. Like a few others have said there is one employee that looks like she hates being there. She walks around like she has an attitude and when I asked her to add ice to my drink you would think I was bothering her. I thanked her and she mumbled. I exited with have a nice day, again a mumble. And that’s every time dealing with her. There is one other female there that is nice to customers and apologizes when things are late as well as greeting you. Now im willing to go out of my way to avoid this location that just a month ago was the best location in Warwick.
