Employees are nice. Tables outside need to be cleaned, they are dirty! Also, it’s very noisy in the outdoor seating area, especially on garbage day and landscaping (Thursday morning). People smoke too close to the building. Wish there were wipes available for tables.

Parking was very accommodating. Took forever for a box of coffee , but I’m also not a coffee drinker . So who knows how much work goes into it . The young man at the counter was very friendly , as a non coffee drinker I felt like I was being looked at weird for the box of Joe , and not a super fancy complicated mocha chocolate latte espresso side of Karen drink five extra pumps of everything Starbucks has to offer , as well as whole , goat , almond , and oak milk and 2 Splendas . Bathroom was clean and the tables as well .

I went to the Starbucks at 110 Trapelo Belmont I put my card in to pay and the server reached over and clicked $1 tip and the transaction went through. I asked, ‘did you just add a dollar to my bill?” and he replied ” i thought you’d want to pay for my good service.” I said,”i am the one who decides that.” And he said, “what do you want me to do?” I said, “i want you to give me a dollar back.” He swiped a Starbucks card and said, handing it to me, “here’s a $4 card…now get out of the store”

I go to this store very often. Their AC is always super high even though you ask them to lower it. They keep it at same temperature. Its always freezing cold. Please pay attention to customer’s comfort while they’re there. Thank you!

I was a frequent visitor of this spot prior to the remodel and here is my updated review. Really cool space very minimalist and pared down furnishings. Parking lot leaves a lot to desire. I would recommend street parking either on Trapelo if you can find it or right Around the corner near the jewelry store.
