I’ve never had a good experience trying to order from this location through mobile or for delivery. A driver informed us that delivery orders seem to be very low priority for the baristas. Some of the staff are nice, but others are very cold. Night and day compared to my experience ordering from the Soldiers Field Rd and Trapelo locations nearby. Will probably just stick to those in the future.

Don’t try to use your coupons for free beverage here. They will pretend to scan it and then charge your Starbucks account anyhow. They will also proceed to mess up your order, more often than not my order is incorrect when I go to this particular location.
