Have always liked this location. The staff is among the friendliest I’ve experienced at a Starbucks. They get pretty busy so sometimes it’s a tad slow, but it’s understandable and the good attitudes of the baristas more than make up for it

There are 3 people working but you need to wait in line to give orders. It took 15 min to give an order. I wanted to order lemonade but apparently, they do not deliver what it is in the picture. Why should I order something that has been advertised. Cashier was not helpful at all.

Extremely rude waitress. We ordered through the app and apparently the order was ready to go. They kept us waiting for 20 odd minutes. Upon checking the waitress, she said the orders through the app were backed up and said it will take time.

This location is rarely open and moves very slowly. I just wanted 35 minutes for two coffees and had to walk out empty handed because I had to get to an appointment. I spent ten years in the service industry so I’m pretty forgiving but this was bad. I hope someone else enjoys my coffee if it ever gets made.

The girl who made my drink was rude and when I said thank you she ignored me. My drink was supposed to have extra caramel drizzle. She didn’t put it on there so I asked her to give me a cup with the caramel in it so I could just dump my shaken espresso into the new cup. She rolled her eyes and then ignored me when I said thank you. When I asked to speak with the supervisor there was no apology or any type of compassion all he said was “thank you for voicing your opinion” You never know who people are so if you’re going to work in the service industry and you can’t be nice to people even if you’re having a bad day you should find a different job
