On 8/24/23, I got a pumpkin cream cold brew, which was delicious, but I noticed in my coffee. A piece of black hair, and I know it wasn’t mine cause I have blonde hair. I still would get the pumpkin cream cold brew. But the guy at the drive threw was so friendly

Frequently order on the app. I’m often left standing in the store for up to 15 minutes because they seem to prioritize the drive thru customers over anything else. The only reason I get my coffee here is because my wife prefers their coffee. I have had to stop ordering hot coffee here. Without fail, the hot coffee is luke warm at best and stone cold by the time I finish it. For the obnoxiously high prices that you pay for a simple cup of coffee here, they should be able to make a cup of coffee that is actually… ummm, you know, hot?

First I just want management to see this, normally I think this location is great I will probably change this rating in the future but I want to let you know that your afternoon staff of teenagers with no regard for service skills are terrible. They evidently didn’t have anything available. Unfortunately they told my friend this but decided they could just assume my order without telling me it was not even in stock. I wanted to try to cold brew that had the mocha but instead they gave me a sugary white mocha with whipped cream. I brought it back and asked them about it just to get eyes rolled at as if I should have known they were out of cold brew but that wasn’t even expressed to me. They wouldn’t take it back and didn’t seem competent enough to refund my drink. I will say this is the polar opposite of the people I deal with in the morning, who are usually friendly. Avoid coming when the teenagers are working because they’re just rude

i will just preface this by saying that i am a starbucks barista at a different location so i’m very knowledgeable about how things work at starbucks and i’m also very understanding when mistakes are made. i always make sure to be very clear when ordering my drink so i don’t run into any problems but this is now the second time i’ve went through this drive thru and my drink was incorrect. now i don’t mind if it’s incorrect, it may be a bit frustrating but as long as it’s corrected then it’s okay. what bothered me was that i was met with attitude by a barista (her name was sam) who i’m guessing had made the drink. i simply wanted my drink remade correctly and she had come to the window asking what was wrong. she had an aggressive approach when speaking to me and i found her tone rude. all i ask for as a customer is that people maintain a respectful attitude even when problems arise. i didn’t appreciate how i was treated and would hope that isn’t how other customers are treated either. the man who had taken my order was very kind so i appreciated that.

I got a blended strawberry lemonade. We were inside waiting when we ordered and they didn’t call our name or put them on the pick up counter. They put them around the corner out of the way of what they were trying to do. It doesn’t have hardly any strawberry in it and didn’t have the whip cream and was more than half melted when we got it. The employees was rude when we asked for the whip cream that I had already asked for on my order. It was also very sour since it didnt have the right amount of strawberry and doesn’t taste right at all.

I just don’t understand how you can offer refresher but never have the fruit for it. If you notice I go to alot of starbucks, due to my job I travel. Seem to me alot of them either run out of coconut Milk or the fruit for a refresher…..can someone explain. Why offer to the customer but not supply the product. If you ever get a chance try one. They are AMAZING!!!!

Stopped in for a couple coffees on the way out of Plymouth. Store was very busy and the drive thru line was wrapped around the store so it took a while to get our drinks. Friendly cashier, but they got our order wrong. It was too busy to bother with getting it fixed. Store was very messy, lots of trash on the floor, but as busy as it was I can see why.
