I ordered a bagel (assuming cream cheese comes with a bagel) I received my bagel and it had butter in the bag so i went to the register to ask if I could have cream cheese and was told it would be $1.00 which is perfectly fine but why wasn’t I told that while ordering my bagel knowing 10x out of 10 cream cheese goes with a bagel so I kindly just asked for a refund on my bagel then all of a sudden the work wanted to give me the cream cheese like if that was the case you would’ve just gave me the cream cheese once I asked for it but I guess me asking for a refund of my money was a bigger deal then my $1 cream cheese.

Bagel (everything) was tiny and had almost no toppings on it. Got bagel, hot coffee and an iced coffee. The app said 15 minutes. Got there in 17, uncooked bagel was ready, waited another ten for hot coffee and a second ten for the iced. 35 minutes for 2 coffees and an unheated bagel!?!? I mean what list are you going off that 1 order has 2 coffees and they don’t come out right after another, but 10 minutes in between? They also are paying on guy to just read the names on the coffees and pass them to people! Can’t the person who just finished making it do that? Will never go to this location again!

The staff here consistently work their tails off. Never do you see an employee being rude but always attentive and listening to make sure they get the order correct.

They messed up three people’s order while I was getting coffee and did not apologize or make eye contact with any of them. They are wasting so much oatmilk. For every coffee, they are dumping atleast quarter carton in the sink. No regard for food or waste. Not going back.

This Starbucks is so poorly run and understaffed. I have never been in there and waited less than 15 minutes, this pre order has to stop because all the people who Actually order in store have to wait 20 plus minutes for egg bites or a non toasted loaf, and the mobile orders just sit there for 10-15 with no pick ups. At least make one set of customers happy. I’ve done mobile before and it sometimes has taken more than 30 minutes to get a black coffee . There is not enough staff/ warning equipment to keep up with both especially since they are the only Starbucks in town.

Ordered two drinks and a sandwich from them on Red Cup day through Uber Eats. When my driver handed me my order it was JUST an empty red cup and nothing else. Not any one of my drinks or the sandwich. When I called them they said that they had my order there, but the bad with the empty cup had my name on it. Never again.
